A Sea Change at the United Nations

While the U.S. and much of the world has been focused on the change-of-guard within the American presidency, another change-of-guard has taken place at the United Nations. Portugal's António Guterres became the new Secretary-General on January 1st. In his first ten days of work, he has let it be known that the winds of change are blowing at the United Nations Security Council.

Mr. Guterres has declared repeatedly that a priority of the UNSC this year will be to focus on the PREVENTION of war. Now, you may be rightfully thinking, "So what? How is that different from what the U.N. is already supposed to be doing?" The difference is with that word "prevention." With that concept, I might encourage you to remember the plot of the movie "Minority Report" and the police state's idea of "pre-crime." Even Mr. Guterres notes the difference as we can see from his words posted at the U.N. official website [linked here].

“We spend far more time and resources responding to crises rather than preventing them. People are paying too high a price.... We need a whole new approach,” Mr. Guterres stressed at a Security Council debate on conflict prevention and sustaining peace.

He added, however, that it has also been difficult to persuade decision-makers at national and international levels that prevention must be their priority.

“Perhaps because successful prevention does not attract attention. The television cameras are not there when a crisis is avoided....”

"On the contrary, prevention is best served by strong sovereign States, acting for the good of their people.”

Mr. Guterres further underscored that prevention must consistently be seen as a value in itself.

The Secretary-General further noted that the U.N. doesn't need any new tools to achieve this aim, but merely to follow tenets of Chapter VI of the UN Charter. I was curious to what exactly he might be referring, so I looked up the .charter, chapter 6 [linked here]. The words are brief and somewhat vague, but these points stood out to me:

Article 34
The Security Council may investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead to international friction or give rise to a dispute, in order to determine whether the continuance of the dispute or situation is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security.

Article 36
The Security Council may, at any stage of a dispute of the nature referred to in Article 33 or of a situation of like nature, recommend appropriate procedures or methods of adjustment.

Article 37
Should the parties to a dispute of the nature referred to in Article 33 fail to settle it by the means indicated in that Article, they shall refer it to the Security Council.

If the Security Council deems that the continuance of the dispute is in fact likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, it shall decide whether to take action under Article 36 or to recommend such terms of settlement as it may consider appropriate.

I tried to imagine just what exactly is the Secretary-General conjuring out of these words as his magic wand for the establishment of global peace and security. My brain began to ruminate on these words:

The Security Council may ... recommend appropriate procedures or methods of adjustment.

Let those word simmer on the back burner for a couple of minutes while we take a peek at a letter that the U.N. Ambassador from Sweden sent to Mr. Guterres last week. [linked here]

An Ounce of Prevention

Sweden addressed their ideas of "prevention" to the UN Secretary-General earlier this month and mentioned the words "prevent," "preventative," or "prevention" no less than a whopping 46 times.

Over the past few years, there has been a strong call at the United Nations for a renewed emphasis on conflict prevention and sustaining peace. The reviews carried out in 2015 on the peace and security architecture and recent resolutions have underscored the urgent need to put prevention at the core of the Organization’s work, in accordance with the Charter. The Secretary-General has identified a “surge in diplomacy for peace” as a priority of his term in office....

The tools are available in the Charter, specifically Chapter VI. What is needed is a new political consensus in support of prevention and a commitment to policies and actions that prevent conflicts before they begin.

Context: a renewed call for conflict prevention at the United Nations

The determination to “take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace” is enshrined in the Charter. Today, the world is seeing more and increasingly complex violent conflicts than it has seen in many decades, leaving in their wake unprecedented levels of displacement and human suffering. The United Nations is currently facing the largest number of simultaneous security and humanitarian crises since its establishment. Notwithstanding its mandate to prevent the outbreak of conflict and engage at an early stage to prevent escalation, the scale of the current challenges has resulted in a Security Council that is seized primarily with addressing the crises of the day rather than preventing the conflicts of tomorrow.

In recent deliberations, the Council has recognized that the tools in the Charter, “which can be used for conflict prevention, have not been fully utilized” (resolution 2171 (2014)) and expressed its “determination to pursue the objective of prevention of armed conflict as an integral part of its primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security” (ibid.).

Let's pause here for a moment. Clearly the sea-change evident in the above words is that the United Nations will now take steps to predict when a conflict is anticipated and will squash the danger before it even has a chance to blossom. However, there is a mighty big "elephant in the room" at this point. I would guess that most of the readers here at RogueMoney would agree with the oft-repeated statement: "all wars are bankers' wars." Also, it would not take much of a leap of faith to realize that mainstream, or organized, Religion has played a highly effective role in the fomenting of wars, rather than preventing them, during all of mankind's history. Therefore the "elephant" here might be this:

Is the United Nations suggesting a suppression of either the global Bankster Priesthood or perhaps Organized Religion itself, if that is what it takes to prevent any war from breaking out? Or might it be making preparations to snatch the job of money creation out of the clutches of the ancient Babylonian belief systems as it prepares to dismantle that harlot once and for all?

A further search of this document from Sweden reveals that the word "religion" is never mentioned. However, there are a few paragraphs that clearly mention "extremism" and its financing:

In addition, the need for both short-term preventive measures and measures to address the root causes and structural drivers of conflict was stressed in the report. The need for a more comprehensive approach and systematic preventive measures to address the drivers of violent extremism is also captured in the Secretary-General’s Plan of Action to Prevent Violent Extremism.

While the international community invests heavily in responding to crisis through peacekeeping operations and humanitarian response, it spends only a fraction of that amount on prevention. Increased investments in prevention could prevent conflict from occurring in the first place, saving lives and money and protecting development gains.

The sustaining peace resolutions adopted by the Security Council and the General Assembly (resolutions 2282 (2016) and 70/262, respectively) represent a normative and conceptual shift at the United Nations. By endorsing the new concept of “sustaining peace”, the Council and the Assembly call for a long-term, comprehensive approach to sustaining peace to be brought forward in all United Nations engagements....

In addition to the use of Chapter VI tools for prevention, several of the reviews of United Nations peace and security present arguments for systemic tools to deal with transnational risks, including trafficking in person, the narcotics trade and arms smuggling and the effects of climate change....

Taken together, there is therefore a strong convergence on the need for a collective political and financial re-commitment to prevention and for renewed efforts to make conflict prevention central to the work across the United Nations system.

It is apparent that there is nothing blatantly stated here about dismantling mainstream religious ideologies in order to prevent the weeds of war from popping up in the first place. However, it is apparent that Mr. Guterres is absolutely focused on preemptively pulling those weeds by their roots, whatever those roots may turn out to be. Clearly, the vague language of Chapter VI is being seen as providing all the authority the U.N. needs to accomplish its Prime Directive of establishing international peace and security. The Charter gives that body "carte blanche" to do whatever it deems appropriate.

All Fingers Point to Babylon

All of the above reminds me of the conversations that I have had both publicly and privately with Nick at Evolution Consulting, along with statements made by David Livingstone (who is a terrific Kabbalah-Illuminati researcher), and even statements made by our RM friend Clif High during his recent Youtube interviews. Devoted Webbot fan 'jsnip4' shared this data from the December ALTA report that reveal the crumbling foundations of Organized Religion. This is noted here at the 17-minute marker:

The data sets have Religion, especially Monotheism, under factual assault from new discoveries. These factual assaults are shown as overturning, and upending, over the next 10 years, of the claimed origins for the religions. New information as forecast as coming from the other side of the planet is going to prove "Biblical distortions" of history and non-participation of any of the monotheism religions in any of their claimed history. These sets are indicating that the greatest reformation of human thought in over 7,000 years will be overtaking us all in this decade and beyond. The longer term sets have it only taking a quick four years for the established religions or religious structures or organizations to be "dying" or "abandoned" as facts and new technological innovations allow for a tentative re-writing of human history.

Data from Evolution Consultants likewise points to moves that are already in the works by that collective New Management Team whose manifestation becomes more apparent with each passing day. Tolerance for those ancient ideologies that have breathed life into one conflict after another is coming to an end.

Admittedly, POTUS-To-Be, Donald J. Trump, has given the world the impression that he will come to Israel's aid following the abrupt stab-in-the-back that was administered by the Obama administration against Netanyahu when Team UN abstained from a pro-Israeli vote at the Security Council last month.

However, I would encourage people to educate themselves on the vast difference between the "Israeli people" and the "Israeli state." The political, occult, Kabbalah dialectic that created the "state of Israel" does not, nor has it ever, had the best interests of either the "Jewish" people nor of mankind in general at its heart. Therefore, President-Elect Trump's tweet last Christmas may prove prophetic in ways that are 180-degrees opposite of what most people believe he intended.

In an interview given during August 2014, David Livingstone likewise made these comments heard at the 1:04:00 time marker:

We're going to see a growing opposition to the State of Israel. This opposition is already being tolerated. It seems paradoxical that a Zionist Illuminati is using Zionism as one of its camps ... somehow these opposites are going to be played against each other to create a new world order.

{Sigh.} I know this sounds like a lunatic scenario to accept: the idea that the occult banksters who created the State of Israel did so with the further agenda to actually destroy it at a future time of their choosing.

And yet ... would we expect anything less from a bunch of dirt-bag, psychopathic, human-hating Satan worshipers? But seriously, far down the road in 2017 or perhaps 2018, I will lay out future blogs that shows that these Kabbalah-Gnostic-Hermetic groups have been steadily working towards establishing a transhumanist civilization in which there no longer is any need for "religion" because they plan to be become gods unto themselves with no need of humanity as their servants at all.

In conclusion, I'll leave you with the following questions to ponder. Secretary-General Guterres has likewise posited these action steps to his U.N. members as they collectively come up with a new protocol intended to deal with the root causes of war, some foolproof means of prevention of war rather than the usual clean-up of its aftermath:

(a) What steps should be taken to ensure more effective conflict prevention by the Security Council and across the wider United Nations system?

(b) Which operational, systemic and structural prevention tools are available to the Council and how can it better use them in preventing conflict and sustaining peace?

(c) What can be done to enhance the working relationship between the Council and the Secretary-General to increase the focus on prevention?

(d) How can the Council and Member States provide the political leadership necessary to fully capitalize on the opportunities for preventive action and to take forward the sustaining peace agenda?

Sooner or later, the accusatory eyes of the New Management Team will blaze against those supranational Priesthoods of Debt and Falsehood as the answer to the above four questions begins to illuminate themselves. The world, eager to be rid of its misery, will likely concur and demand the dismantling of that Babylonian system of deception and war.

"When I look back on all the crap I learned in high school, it's a wonder I can think at all." -- the "Kodachrome" song by Paul Simon, 1973

I grew up in a quiet, small, city east of the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles County, in Palmdale, California. I'm not quite old enough to remember the assassination of JFK, but do remember the assassination of Brother Bobbie on an early summer's day. I was finishing up my first grade at the elementary school just up the street from our suburbia house. Maybe that was when I became self-aware that something wasn't right. When I saw the events of that day unfolding on our new color TV, I remember a thought passing through my 6.5 year old mind. And silly me assumed that everybody else was also holding this same belief because it seemed so obvious to me:

"The President and his brother must have been killed by the same people."

I don't know how a little first-grader was able to come up with that conclusion. That certainly wasn't the sort of idea you would expect to be rumbling around the brain of a little kid. But it kept rumbling in mine and still does, to this day.

The people of my generation passed through the Space Race, the Vietnam War, Watergate, the Disco Era, Yuppies, the World Wide Web, and Irrational Exuberance. Throughout this entire period, a relentless Matrix Machine has been whirring in the background of our lives, unnoticed and largely unchallenged. In fact, that Machine has been whirring for centuries.

I guess it was inevitable that the 6.5 year old kid who once questioned the official doctrine of the Kennedy assassinations would one day swallow her own Red Pill. And so I did, following the 2008 Crash, as I watched the financial lives of my parents and myself collapse into disaster as the equity of our homes evaporated into the dry Arizona air.

I finally came to that moment as have so many readers and contributors of Rogue Money, that day when you finally stop and ask "Why did this happen?" I started reading, researching, listening. Gradually the bricks of The Matrix began to crumble. The monstrous beast was no longer hidden from view.

And so I join this team of writers and readers who are all trying to Slay the Bankster Beast in their own way. We carry on with confidence because no Evil has ever stood forever against the onslaught of Truth. Undaunted, we move forward.

You will find that my contributions to the Rogue Money web site will focus on the deep history that created The Matrix in the first place. In other words, you won't find any opinion forthcoming on this-or-that presidential election ... unless you are talking about the overthrow of regimes 2- or 3- thousand years ago. In that case, I might be interested!

I make no apologies if what you hear steps on the toes of a long-cherished paradigm. I am just A Messenger. In fact, you will find that my blogs will invite your comments to provide additional pieces of information that perhaps you may have gleaned from your own research. I have many holes that need filling.

You've been told what, how, when, and where to think your whole life. I leave it up to you to exercise your own Mind and take appropriate Action to slay the monster for yourself.
